Pride

Posted by Ro'Derrick Fairley on Saturday, March 21, 2009, In : Pride

I have this nagging thorn in my side
That aches with every heartbeat
Every lonely day
Every time I see a loving couple
Called pride

It’s more of a nuisance than you know
Because of its existence
You watch love ones come
And you watch love ones go

My angel.
Curse the gravity that besent you from the heavens,
Then however I may not know of your presence.
And my eyes.
(Sour of dismay) for many a night betray me.
Mock me.
Now I know-
I ...
