Getting Rid of Your 'IT'!

This past meetup group was an awesome experience! I enjoyed each and every individual that attended.   We each contributed our own uniqueness to the event.  I was pleasantly suprised by all the love!   

We started the meeting with introductions and then I recited one of my poems (for the first time!) called "Getting Rid of My IT". If you'd like to read it, feel free to click on the link below.

We then discussed some of our IT's that we were eager to send to God during our Burning Bowl Ceremony! Some of the IT's listed were:

• Giving away my power
  
• Self Doubt
  
• Taking on other people's issues as my own
  
• Fear of the unknown
  
• Feeling of inadequacy
  
  (Any of this sound familiar to you???)

After the Burning Bowl Ceremony, we did a Bring in the New Celebration! This was a perfect time to manifest abundance when we just cleansed ourselves of all that negative energy! We picked one word or phrase that best describes the next chapter in our lives and carved it on our own piece of soap!

The whole experience was awesome. I certainly look forward to our next meeting.

Introduction to Pole Dance, Part 1

Check out my pics from the poling class that I took recently.
Poling is the new rave amongst women who want to have fun and get in shape at the same time!  I have to say, we had a lot of girlie fun.  Taking a poling class is definitely a 'must have' when putting together your work out portfolio!
